This plan is going to develop and deploy clean coal technology, and prioritize the construction of the Alaska natural gas pipeline. Barack Obama and Joe Biden will make energy conservation a top priority and use their offices to communicate directly with the American people about the importance of reducing our energy consumption. Their agenda will provide the American people the tools they need to begin reducing their energy consumption and energy bills.
